Suplements : $400 monthly
Others: : $ 2000
+ Food, Tickets, Hotel.....

I want to make the Iro Man, San Francisco, Denver and Europa. I am ready to work!!

You know what would be cool is a board sponsored Pro

The memebers of the board would sponsor a guy and in return instead of hawking supplements the guy would give advice and contribute to the board

I am not sure how feasable 4k a week is but maybe the moderators could get together and allow board members to sponsor somebody, How many members do we have? How much would they have to contribute to get a guy ready for a show? When a board member made a donation he would get something like sponsoring member beneath his Avatar. We could even have a locked forum for sponsoring members only so they would benefit from there Pro's advice.

I would definately be willing to contribute

We could set up a poll like featured member but have it be for sponsored Pro for X contest.

I think Big Heinz would be a great guy to sponsor btw Can we do this it makes so much sense its crazy

Just suck it up for a couple shows, spend cautiously focus on your 1st show comming up. If you get your name out there sponsors will contact you.

WOW it costs 4k Ew to prep for a pro show. I try not to count how much I am spending when dieting. It would freak me out. Your a good BBer Big Heinz you will get a sponser sooner rather that later IMO.

when looking for a sponser that isn't a gay guy and an actual bizness you have to first ask what can I do for them, sorry but prolab ain't gonna lay out cash for you unless they can get it back. You need to put together a portfoillio that looks like a resume and market yourself, this is a complete blitz on the internet and meeting people in person. You have to hit every single company and when your done, add some new pics to your resume and do it again. Being fairly unknown you are gonna have to really push and make sure everyone knows who you are.

I have assisted with other athelets and had a pretty good deal for myself being that I am nothing special. Just take it as a job interview and not that someone owes you something and you will have some luck. and be persistant like no other.

Yes bro it is $ 4000 for the 14 weeks preparation (Hany Rambod fee) it is like $1140 a month.

Imagine teh advertise this web site can get with athletes competing everywhere with a Professionalmuscle.com uniform like i do with my gym, everywhere i go, i have my blue uniform...level 1 to Pro shows all over Florida.

Lets explain this simple...first of, sorry for my bad english. I just showing the important things:

Trainer: $4000 for 14 weeks of contest prep, it is like $1140 a month, Hany Ranbod fees, i thinks hes fees are very acceptable for a trainer like him.

Suplements: $ 400 MONTHLY (omegas, whey protein, vitargo, creatine, nitrix, Vitamin C, E, Soy Lecitine, Fiber caps, Metamucil, glutamine, BCAAS.

Others: $2000= GH 10 iu's a day Jintropin $1050, steroids $100 a bottle.

Food: I am buying the chicken preaty cheap $1 a pound so i spend $60 , meat $ 120, eggs: $80 plus rice, oatmeal, bread, potatoes, etc. I never count that.

And at the end: Hotel $500, Tickets (my wife and me) $ 500 to $1000

So i know i am new and when the sponsors start knowing me and see me seriously competing the will call me but i need the money to get ready, and go there to expose myself.

Thanks bro, bodybuilding is all i have, i got everything from bb, wife, profession, car, house, new life in USA, own bussiness...I just got my Green Card yesterday very easy in just 6 months bc my lawyer ask for it for my special habilities helping people with Cancer, HIV, Osteoporosis, plus the sport and my status as a pro bb.

I am not asking you for money, some company may need my services, and i get pay for, like going to shows, selling in stores, you know, pictures in magazines, etc.

My old training partner just started using Hany less than a week ago. He seems to be the same price no matter who you are. Maybe the demand is good enough that he can do that if he pleases. Which leads me to my next question which is...I sometimes wonder if people (and Im not suggesting this is Heinz) think that someone is going to turn them into this super pro/am if they are not on their way allready. I mean after someone turns pro or has been in the game for a while I would like to think maybe they have a pretty good idea how their body works. Sometimes I just think paying high priced trainers are a waste of money....now notice I said SOMETIMES....Im not discrediting any trainer by that statement at all. Im just saying its a lost cause sometimes.

Well you both have part of the reason, i think professional fees arent a mistery, and he knows i was recomened by other guy that told me he is very good and what he charges, and he sayd hes starting fess....

I know in my experience, some times trainers doesnt make the real results, at the end i always need to adjust some things to get in shape but you are paying a guide who you trust and new knwoledge and ways to get in shape, and the most important thing is be represented in a big show by a big trainer some times makes a difference.

I know Hany doenst get mad becouse i just trying to get advises to get sponsors to develope my pro carear.
