Hi guys first time posting but reading this forum for past few days ....
even though I am new to this forum I am not new to workout ... right now I am trying to loose fat from my body and every time I try to gain muscle the fat comes back with a vengance ...
I usually hit gym 3 to 4 times a week doing heavy lifting ... and 2 days fro Muay thai Boxing as I heard its good cardio and I love to somehthing else beside just running on the treadmill ...
Any way I am 28 yr old I am 5'10" between 145 /150 Lbs (somdays its up somdays its down) and I have some what of defination ... but I am afraid I am starting to loose it for some reason ... I just need to loose this last few pounds of fat stuck in my no matter how hard I try I just cant seem to get rid of lil fat around my waist line and double chin its getting imopssible for me and because of that I am afraid of taking any protein drinks as they r the cause of double chin last time ... I really need help from some one I was looking at this SYNTHETINE™ Lipid (Fat) Transporter . Is this stuff for me I am not looking for cometition but I want to see some result for all the hard work ....

you lost me somewhere in the beginning! What in the world are you trying to do? What have you been doing? At 5'10" and only 145lbs...my gosh you must be a rail. I wouldnt be concerened about a double chin and fat wherever the heck it is. You need to put some beef on the bones my friend.

at this moment i got stuck where I cant get rid of any more fat from my body ... just like U said whr the hell did I got double chin at this weight never mind the belly fat ...

Here is somehting I want to share with you guys from other local site where this guy is trying to help me

"Just put together something....like a meal plan for a day and post it up. We can then pick it apart for you and say what works and what doesnt. You say your 5'10 150....i cant imagine your bodyfat% is too high cause that seems to be an acceptable in not lean weight for that height. Any other details would be great,"

have you ever seen a skinny fat person? sounds rediculous but they are all over. They are the ones that think because they lost all the weight that they can call themselves fit. WRONG, they are the ones that did little to no resistance training and basically lost what little muscle they had if any to begin with. You need to build lean muscle PERIOD. if you are that tall and weigh that little you must lack in the muscle department. You need to hire a GOOD trainer.
 
Thanks man .... I usually do heavy lifting and circuit training as I mention earlier.. and try to hit gym as much as possible ... the trainer I had before didnt taught me much or may be I wasnt willing to learn from him ... beside circuit training and stuff like tht right now I am following

Charts they seem to be helping me I see I m growing muscle cos of heavy lifting but cant seem to move tht fat any whr .... again I know u r saying that I shouldnt have any tell it to the fat thats in me : )

Dann, you seem confused, and yes, hire Phil Hernon, he will teach you more in 1 year than you will learn on your own in years. You need a well rounded program and that is where you will learn. Good Luck, and keep us posted on your progress.

Make sure you format your brain and forget everything you think you knew. Start fresh and absorb what Phil has for you.
