Well, got started up again recently, and cannot remember ever dealing with sleep issues like this in the past. Essentially, it is hard as hell to get to sleep, and I feel like I wake up every 30 minutes or so, sweat bad, toss and turn, etc... yet, when 6 am hits, I cannot keep my eyes closed, hop outa bed and feel like I just got 10 hrs of sleep in, WTF!

The only thing that is striking me as different is dosing all GH before bed at 5 ius. I spoke with some people claiming this made quality of sleep improved, but I can't help but wonder if this is having the opposite effect on me. No major changes in type of gear either. I know some of what I wrote sounds like typical "tren sweats", but this should not be the case as it is not in there...

Any advice guys is appreciated, I may just have to pony up to my doc for an ambien script, but would prefer not to....

I would try melatonin way before I go with ambien.
You can get hooked on ambien.
melatonin is natural. I use it whenever I have sleep problems. It takes a few days to start working.

I use a product with melatonin already, along with valerian, and other otc herbs, not helping...

Really Phil? Old school Labrada humanofort?? What dosage you taking and timing? Wouldn't that be overkill with GH already in me??
 
your body produces larger amounts of growth hormone at night already which is why i think taking it at night is a waste. if you are doing 5 iu's, and not taking it for fat loss, i would take it pwo. i have the same problem with sleep lately. i wake up to pee proably 4-5 times a night and i am on very little gear, no orals. even when i cut off my water intake earlier in the day, i pee all night.

I get the same issue bro. Doc says prostate is fine, yet I wake up constantly with the feeling that I need to empty my bladder...freaking sucks! Today I experimented with 2.5 iu waking and will hit 2.5 iu pwo as well...

i think you will find the split much better. i did no tused to believe that gh would reduce fat at the injection sight but i now know that it does. i am 17 weeks out and my belly is gone. injecting in my sides now and gonna try what tpfu said about the glutes next. are you hands tinggling bad? it wakes me up sometimes. one more thing keeping me from sleeping!! lol!
 
I'd go with the other's suggestions that you use the GH post-workout, not before bed. GH kept me awake with the same symptoms you describe when I took it before bed. I do it now in the morning and post-workout--much, much better. And this probably goes without saying, but make sure you don't take any liquids right before going to sleep either.

I train in the pm, so I may also experiment with half dose pre-workout for a bit. I do need to stay away from liquids though, one thing I always do is make a protein shake before bed and leave in fridge to sip on, the problem there is that protein has slight diuretic tendancies...I guess a trade off from not waking to eat crappy food though, lol....
 
Honestlly bro ive been taking a Beverlly international product latelly called Bev ZMA sleep like a baby again. Its great, for the first week or sso i had wierd dreams but great sleep. I really think it drastically helped me with my recovery time also

Unfortunately man, ZMA prods do nothing for me, whatsoever:(
