Well, got started up again recently, and cannot remember ever dealing with sleep issues like this in the past. Essentially, it is hard as hell to get to sleep, and I feel like I wake up every 30 minutes or so, sweat bad, toss and turn, etc... yet, when 6 am hits, I cannot keep my eyes closed, hop outa bed and feel like I just got 10 hrs of sleep in, WTF!
The only thing that is striking me as different is dosing all GH before bed at 5 ius. I spoke with some people claiming this made quality of sleep improved, but I can't help but wonder if this is having the opposite effect on me. No major changes in type of gear either. I know some of what I wrote sounds like typical "tren sweats", but this should not be the case as it is not in there...
Any advice guys is appreciated, I may just have to pony up to my doc for an ambien script, but would prefer not to....
