I am an old timer back from a long hiatus, did a 4 year stint in Florida for several things including AS. I think some on this board can feel my pain as I see a lot of old friendly faces from old boards I used to frequent.

I would say not to get too impressed because all that weight is not muscle. I generally consider myself in shape at 320lbs but right now it's just fat. I am a power guy by nature anyway not really a bodybuilder.

I remember Raver from the UG he was a little off if I recall.
