I have looked and looked, and just dont have that much time to sit at a computer looking for this info.
Can anybody please help me here.
I am looking to run between 60-80 mcgs a day split bi-lateraly.
Should i only run this on training days? If so, when should i administer it, and should i do it befrre or after i eat?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
u could not have looked that long. There is so much just on this page
 
ok, ok.... microdose, not just bi laterally. take it many hours after training or the next day

then there is the school of thought that says pre workout. i don't think this is effective, I just have one opinion
