I thought I read YEARS ago that IGF-2 was similiar to IGF-1 although it wasn't as strong for the muscle , but would help improve strength in joints more... any thoughts? my joints are jacked up - not sure if it's arthritis or what, but always hurt. I saw Long R3 - IGF 2 and was curious if that was a good solution? I take the standard supplements MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroiton, etc.. blah blah - not much improvement. thanks!
