I have a couple questions and Id rather not make a few threads.
Please help bros...
1. I normally use des before working out and slin after.
I'm wondering if I should do pre work out slin (everyone says better)
and Igf des post. My issue is that I don't want the igf to mess with my mgf
window. Thoughts?
2. Extra calories. I was considering using mct but is there something else?
I know its healty fat, but I wouldt wanna take during my slin window right?
