IGF Gone Bad?

I got some IGF-LR-3 last week and I mixed it with AA,I've been using it for the past week now and I go to use it this morning (I believe the word is it crystalized) it looked like frozen snow flakes at the bottom.

Can anyone tell me what causes this and if the IGF is ruined or if it can be saved?
