IGF good/bad,how to tell ?

Are you supposed to notice or feel anything on IGF LR3 ?
How can you tell if the stuff ya got is good or bad,
or perhaps was good, but isn't anymore.
I take 30-40 mcg AM and 30-40mcg post workout,and not sure i know
a whole lot of difference from no IGF.I've heard people claim great pumps and
such, but is that the only sign it's good,and hasn't gone bad?
Should i increase dosage and see what happens?
Done melanotan II from the same outfit, and i know that's good when my soldier salutes the ceiling.
I hear of folks claiming IGF is so fragile, don't shake or agitate,
don't dribble recon solution directly on powder, etc.
Yet i hear others direct someone who got shipped some of it in a glass tube with
a screw on cap,rather than a vile, to just recon in the glass tube, draw it into syringe and transfer to a vile, like that's somehow better than not dribbling solution on powder during recon.?
Or the fact the solution is making it's way thru a 28-30ga pin into,and out of, the syringe isn't agitating the tar out of it.
 
You should notice getting a good pump from good igf. Also, for a lot of people including myself, I noticed that it helped me get leaner as well while I was bulking. I believe that the doses you are using are too low to notice much of anything.

i would consider 80ug to be a high dose of IGF if you are injecting it every day (which is helpful for achieving stable levels of it).

I benefit from 40ug definitely. If you're not leaning out after a couple weeks and noticing that carbing up gives you a larger pump (the insulin like effects), then your IGF may be weak or fake..?
 
I was using 60-80 mcgs daily PWO. Bout a week later felt leaner, bigger, like had a good pump all day.... Vivid dreams too.... 1st week seem tired, More than usual..but that went away... i ran for 5 weeks... Will def do again... Trying the Ghrp-2 1-29 (2nd week) to compare...

You are correct in that it would be middle of the road dosing. I misread your post and thought you were only doing 30-40mcgs once a day. Your dosing should be fine for leaning out a bit and getting a pump. However, higher doses are needed IMO to see muscle hypertrophy from igf-1.

What kind of doses do you suggest?
 
have some simple sugars around for when you go hypo from those doses.
 
Higher doses to achieve hypertrophy would be anywhere from 200-300mcgs IMO, into each muscle trained.


quick question mate. Instead of running say 60mcg split bi lat and ran pwo or everyday do you think shooting a higher dose as you said into a specific bodypart once or twice a week over a 4 week period would do well to bring the body part up.

For instance shooting 100mcg into each quad once a week for 5 weeks so 200mcg per week but just into the quad would help that specific muscle?
 
Igf gave noticeable results, pumps, strength, recovery....but by far for me the most outstanding effect was EXTREME lethargy.....These tells should let you know if your product is legit.

I do believe that using large doses pwo into the muscle trained is optimal for hypertrophy from personal experience.
