I jumped on the peptide bandwagon late. Researched IFG1 LR3 from a sponsor. I felt like it leaned me out while providing muscle fullness. I injected bi laterally 8 hrs post workout. Is this peptide a favorite of anybody anymore or have others passed it in terms of effectiveness. Would love to hear about peptides that can be run solo. Seems like some protocols for stacking are just too complicated. Thanks
