Just wondering guys would there be any benefit to running the igf-lr3 on its own or would it just be a waste of money. Things are just so hard to get out here and just wanted you guy's input.

You can run it solo and it works well if you train hard and eat right.
I do think it works much but with a solid AAS cycle though.
