Im getting surgery in three weeks and need help

I will be having surgery in three weeks on both of my tibia's, I was born a bit knock kneed and they will be correcting the shape of my both of my tibia's with a Taylor Spatial Frames.The frames have several titanium pins in them that will be in my bones, I will need to adjust the devices daily to help straighten my tibia's and grow new bone. Without proper bone growth, the surgery will be ineffective. My doc has only suggested physical therapy to help.

If anyone can suggest good bone growth supplements it would be appreciated. I assume Calcium + Vit D but thats all I can think of.
