I decided to take the advice of most vets, "You have to eat big in order to grow big".

Truth be told, in 3 months my waistline grew 2 inches (5000-6000 cal/day). Weight gain shakes really work but this hideous layer of subcutaneous fat just grosses me out. (diet is 15% good fat, 40% complex carbs, 45% animal protein/whey protein)

My next cycle will probably be a major cut cycle. I want to bring back the washboard that I worked so hard to get. I want to grow but my waistline is growing the most!

How many of you also experience the same results on a bulk cycle (test e only) with 5000 calories/day diet?
 
Damn it! I thought I was going find the secret to lengthening your.......never mind.
 
i get this way when my cals go above 4500/day and cals are derived from large amounts of carbs.

try lowering cals by 1000-1500 by cutting carb intake. works like a charm for me
 
Yes! I would recommend to cut the carbs a hell of a lot. I was at that point not too long ago, but im a lot leaner now thanks to RC.
 
BE CAREFULL

I DID THE SAME THING AND PUT 3 INCHES ON MY ARMS, BUT I WAS SO DISTURBED ABOUT MY WAISTLINE THAT I BEGAN OVERTRAINING AND LOW CAL DIETING AND GOT A THREE WAY MUSCLE PULL OF MY HAMSTRING BUT AND THIGH. IT WAS THE MOST PAIN I HAD EVER BEEN IN.
PLUS MY ARMS SHRANK 1 AND 1/2 INCHES. "I LOOKED ILL".
JUST FINE TUNE YOUR DIET, OR YOU COULD BE ON YOUR WAY TO A BIG DISASTER CALLED OVERTRAINING. GIVE IT SOME TIME.
