Just wanted to see what you guys might use as healthy snacks during the day I am not talking cakes. Simply just needing some ideas to go with my normal routine to keep me in check with diet.
I already use between 3-5 shakes a day with 50 gram protein each then use sliced ham or turkey for little substitute snacks during my days.
This of course along with my normal three regular meals
I basically am looking for something that would be around 50g pro low fat and low carb that is not coming out of a shaker cup.
Just would not mind to get a thread with some good foods that you could make up to use as snacks during the week. If you got some good filler meal ideas i would appreciate it greatly.
Not looking for recipes just simply some more foods I can stock up on too add a little variety to the fridge.
