Just wanted to see what you guys might use as healthy snacks during the day I am not talking cakes. Simply just needing some ideas to go with my normal routine to keep me in check with diet.

I already use between 3-5 shakes a day with 50 gram protein each then use sliced ham or turkey for little substitute snacks during my days.

This of course along with my normal three regular meals

I basically am looking for something that would be around 50g pro low fat and low carb that is not coming out of a shaker cup.

Just would not mind to get a thread with some good foods that you could make up to use as snacks during the week. If you got some good filler meal ideas i would appreciate it greatly.

Not looking for recipes just simply some more foods I can stock up on too add a little variety to the fridge.

You prob know these already..

But some of my fav snacks during the day are unsalted cashew nuts,all natural peanut butter on rice cakes and cottage cheese.
 
have you considered adding more meals instead? almonds, peanuts, etc. are good choices, or you could add PB and oats to a shake or something like that

same here. for snacks i like nuts, rice cakes, or fat free popcorn. the whole bag of pop secret is only 220 calories. :)
 
Make some protein pudding. Mix a whey, casein and egg blend with a little bit of water. I also like to add flax seed, coconut and some almonds for a nice balance of fats.
 
Snacks...? At 8 meals a day there isn't any time left (or room in the old belly) for snacks! Well, I do wake up around 2:30 AM and eat a cup of cashews , so maybe we could call that an 800 calorie snack.
 
Some of my typical snacks are:

2 cups plain yogurt w/ fresh bluberries and raspberries
oatmeal
string cheese
protein shakes and bars
nuts
beek jerky
hardboiled eggs
cold chicken
