Ok I'm about 170lbs lift 5 days a week. I do a single body part every day as mon;chest, tues;shoulders, wed;back, thursday;Arms, fri; legs with saturday and sunday off.... I can't quite get into what it is I need to eat as far as good food right now I eat alot of ground beef and tuna oatmeal and eggs protein shakes and thats basiclly all... If any one can help me with a diet to get me started it would be aprreciated...
