In need of some diet help

Ok I'm about 170lbs lift 5 days a week. I do a single body part every day as mon;chest, tues;shoulders, wed;back, thursday;Arms, fri; legs with saturday and sunday off.... I can't quite get into what it is I need to eat as far as good food right now I eat alot of ground beef and tuna oatmeal and eggs protein shakes and thats basiclly all... If any one can help me with a diet to get me started it would be aprreciated...

Hey man, I am sure there would be alot of guys here willing to help you. You would get the most feed back by 1: What are your goals, what are you trying to do?
2: List times and types of food you are eating, not just the typical " I eat a lot of ground beef and tuna" express it is oz if not best guess.
 
Sorry, Here it is.. I'm 170 Iwould like to bulk up to atleast 215 then try to bulk down as of now I dont want to be on anything i want to try to get as far as possible naturally...

typical day for me is
5:00 am 2 scoops cytogainer mixed with milk
along with 1 cp of oatmeal
7-7:15 Breakfast Bowl with a bagel and 2 tbls PB
9:30 6oz Tuna with 3 slices wheat toast
1cp of brown Rice
12:00 It's either a salad and 2 quarter lb burgers or 8oz chicken with vegtable
2:30 at the gym
4:00 Post work out shake 3 scoops cytogainer with milk and a gatorade
6:30-7 Dinner could be meat, chicken, steak, or pasta
before bed Cottage cheese and yogurt.......

Yeah bro, above is correct. If you are looking for proper gains and I mean good LBM then you need to hire one of the the pro's here. I would strongly sugguest Alex Azarain. There are a ton of threads out there on diets. Do some research and you will find some good stuff. Here is the deal, it's great to have a goal but what I have found in the past is when I tried to "bulk" up to a certain weight, I got so damn wrapped up at hitting that certain weight that I was gaining too much fat and not enough muscle. End result a 50lbs weight loss for a prep. As I said man, that's just me. Your best bet is to make a quality investment and hire someone. You won't regret it. Do some research on threads here about Alex Azarian or Shelby and many others..Good luck
 
u gotta eat big to get big. at 170lbs try to get in around 230gr of protein, 200gr of carbs and 50gr or so of healthy fats. eg. nuts
