Injected in " Vastus Medialis " Good or bad ?

I have had nothing but bad experiences injecting legs one time Im standing in the kitchen stuck 1cc Winny V upper outer quad went out like a light woke up on the floor? Other times hit a nerv leg was numb for hrs. Other times it was so painful I couldnt walk no mo leg shots for me

I've always had good luck with quads, and it's so easy to poke.

Tried it only once in each knee, and there was a good amt of pip. If I need more spots i'm willing to give them a few more pins and see if the pip goes down. But pretty much anywhere on my knee quad is pip free. Pinned 3.5ml in my quads yesterday, and I don't even feel it today.

mine did get sore more than other body parts, but it was not horrible

I injected with a 27g .5 inch ! so remember that fellas

Stay low volume and stick with it past the virgin tissue pain and it can be a good spot. The first few times will hurt pretty bad. After a while, it can hold a ml no prob. I typically do 2ml a day and on teardrop days I just put 1 ml in each.

Thats about the max I would do also as an alternating site option especially if your pinning ED and are a career juice head and trying to spread the scar tissue around if you already have a good deal built up over the years of pinning the usual delts, quads and glutes... virgin meat I usually dont go over .5mL the first few times just to get the area accustomed to the foreign oil being forced into the new home and the tissue is going wtf over the invasion lol teardrop though I def wouldnt do it a cpl days before or after leg training cuz you'll def have a less pain/discomfort since give musle some time to either recover or adjust to the increased pressure the oil depot is going to put on the surrounding muscle tissue
