Even if there is proven benefits with it, I can go only so far. It would make me feel like a junkie. I won't ever be mainlining anything.

FYI the results from GH have nothing to do with half life....the best cycle for gaining mass is infrequent use of GH EOD or every third day same goes with insulin..you guys are wasting your time and energy worrying about the "half life of GH"

Massive if training say 3 on 1 off or 3 on 2 off how you you shoot the growth then and when?
for instance following an eod training protocol most would shoot the growth eod pwo.
if training 3 on 1 off would you still shoot the growth eod and if so when would you shoot in pre bed? in the am? pwo on the days ure taking it?
Ive decided i am going to run some during my pct to help maintain gains while recovering and intend to train 3 on 2 off with some dc principles in there so trying to figure out the best way to dose the HGH.

I always thought just taking first thing in the morning, and before bed was best...what is the reason for taking it post workout...to get GH levels up post workout ?
