if anybody has ever had a similar injury I'd like to hear about it. I guess this is what I get for shrugging ridiculous weight, but here is a description of the injury. A week ago it happened, and it was on the descend of a shrug with about 600 lbs. Not sure if it's pulled, splintered or fractured collar bone, or what. The pain is right near where my collar bone attaches to my inner pec. If you were to put your finger on where your upper pec attaches near your neck right in the middle (like where a stoma would be on a smoker) then move about 2" to the left side that is where the injury is. It's slightly bigger than the right side from inflammation. Is there a tendon there or something? The pain also feels like its on the back of the delt as well, but I was thinking it could possibly all be from the collar bone area just so painful it's migrating towards the back of my delt/left trap area. I'm going to the orthopedic Dr. Monday. its not getting any better, I guess not laying off the lifting hasn't helped though. It's def not the AC joint, I've hurt that in the past and recognize that joint. Anybody ever have an injury like this from doing shrugs? Thank you
