I just ran a 10 week cycle of test and tren, and am now complete 2 weeks of PCT (nolva).
I went from 184 to 204, then dropped down to 195 after the first week of PCT and remain there after the 2nd week.
I have been DC training for about 6 months.
Here is my problem, i injured my bicep doing assisted chins. Normally when i get an injury I just cruise, but im worried about crusing when I have only completed 2 weeks of pct, I dont want to lose my gains.
I do not feel it is a major injury, i think 2 weeks off and I should be good to start lifting again with that bicep just lighter weight. But i dont wanna keep working out and make it worse, or even tear it, and have some long term injury problems.
I tired to work around it, but even straining on heavy leg press today seems to have made the bicep worse. I guess any exercise I strain i flex my whole body and it just makes it worse. With Intense DC training I would worry about any exercise.
What would you guys do? Cruise and hopefully maintain my gains since I worked out for the first 2 weeks of pct? Or try and come up with a routine than will not aggrivate my bicep and keep pushing so i I can get through PCT?
