Testosterone dose-response relationships in healthy young men -- Bhasin et al. 281 (6): E1172 -- AJP - Endocrinology and Metabolism
a few interesting things to note on here.
i was always under the impression that exogenous testosterone increases SHBG, thus rendering the testosterone less effective over time. according to the chart more test = lest SHBG
for anyone thinking that administering HRT levels without really needing HRT, it will actually lower your test levels from baseline. look at the 125mg administration and lesser amounts. all values after 16 weeks are worse than baseline
it appears that 300mg+ is the beginning of the sweet spot. well imagine if someone had stuff that was underdosed (which is common nowadays). someone might have 400mg test thats really 150mg. taking .7-1cc a week would actually ruin your levels.
notice LH doesnt really change much no matter what level of test
notice at 300+mg IGF increases
