I drink my spirulina every morning with some orange or grapefruit juice. I swear I have more energy (not just short buzz) than I do from coffee. I keep saying I`m gonna stop drinking coffee and just have spirulina and water or tea in the am. Maybe tomorrow is the day to start. I started drinking it for the acid netrualizing effects, since it is so alkaline. Spirulina should be a must for everybody. I get the large NOW foods jug.

i think the blood pressure-lowering and cardio-protective aspects of it have special implications for AAS users

That's interesting. The only time I can remember hearing spirulina is when Johnny made a spirulina scramble for Vince back on like season one of Entourage haha. Will have to look into this more.

it also possesses a lot of anti-inflammatory potential..it's said to be the most concentrated source of GLA

more than evening primrose oil, so that's cool
