Came across this. Is this true? Should you go by this to actually get the amount of gear that you want instead of what it says on the bottle?

Good question. If you are dosing to have a certain blood level of drugs then you would have to not only figure out the amount of drug minus the ester, but also what days to inject to keep those levels constant. Does this need to be done? Well, I personally have done this. I think that this also makes a good point as to how much someone really is taking. Some of these guys who are doing very high dosages are not doing as much as you or they might think. Also, some of the UG labs (not all!! there are a lot of good guys on this board) are not up to standards. Another issue to factor in.

so the way I figure it is if you thought you were getting 1200 mg's test cyp you were actually only getting 828 mg's?

the amounts of ester weight is way some people sometime mistakenly say that one test is more powerful to them than another.. and deca ect.. if a person is taking tren base or even tren ace then switches to tren enth, he must understand tha over a week course he is not going to ge the same "pop" as he would the ace or base.. tren is powerful and a 50 mgs miscalculation over a weeks time can be a noticeable difference.. a buddy of mine swore that test susp was the shit and when he tried cyp he bitched about it terrible.. well i told him ya have to factor in the ester ect ect.. he still to this day says it is shit.. (comparing 1000mgs a week of test to about 650mgs of cyp.. is going to make a difference)

Yes indeed this is the true and tried way of really determining what you are actually taking. For example when I brew for my cattle I make the brew of Test E @ 340 per ml to get an actual 250 per ml.
