It is with a weighty heart and teary eyes that I inform those of you who knew him, that Wesley aka Iron Addict passed on Saturday. Those of us who have been around the boards long enough will remember and appreciate him for what he did in the industry.

You will be missed Wesley, sorely missed.

oh my god this is terrible. he was in fantastic shape sub 10% bodyfat and loved the industry. he was a straight talker about training and didnt get weighed down with all the bullshit politics side of things

He knew his stuff for sure. Dante once said that if he had to pass everything on to someone it would have been IA. His site is a goldmine for no nonsense training and diet advice.

hotrocks i think he was late 40's. no age. such a loss. his training knowledge was an encylopedia of knowledge.

Please excuse me if I'm wrong, but I think it was IA that I enjoyed reading on Animail's board back in the day- I think he even had his own forum there before creating his own board? Somehow I lost track of him but if this is who I am thinking of he was always willing to help and a very knowledgable bro.
