Is there a truly effective shoulder wrap ?

or method of wrapping shoulder. I have struggled with right shoulder pain for years. All my chest exercises feel like shoulder exercises. I've used dumbbells, tried every angle, the shit just hurts. I went to the Steelers ortho who diagnosed me with an AC problem. I had the surgery, felt exactly the same as before the surgery. Is it possible to miss a tear in rotator cuff on MRI and tests ? The only thing that's ever gave me a brief respite is Deca, but the other side effects aren't worth it for me personally.
 
Can you describe the pain for us? Anterior or posterior? Pain on eccentric or concentric? What is worse, flat, decline or incline?
When did you have surgery and what was the procedure?
Did the Dr. ever mention the word "Labrum"?
Does your shoulder also hurt when you do biceps?
You might want to do a little research on Cissus Quadrangularis...

Anterior pain worse than posterior, very much inside rather than exterior, surgery was AC joint repair. Flat bench(worst), incline, decline(least).
The dr. mentioned nothing besides ac joint was spread or dislocated or something to that effect. They removed a small piece between trap and top of shoulder, but the surgery did nothing and I haven't saw him recently. The nature of the pain is the same as the last time I saw him.

It hurts on everything except triceps(minus close grip), legs, and back, but biceps exercise is among the least taxing. I can feel it pull on curls, but very bearable. Hurts badly even doing pull-ups and dips. Worst pain occurs during pushing exercises. Flat bench easily the worst, even worse than shoulder presses. Thanks for input, currently reading on medicinal plant CQ, will comment when I understand its effects better.
 
Second:

I've struggled with shoulder pain off and on for ten years. Took 9 months off was the only thing up till recently that "cured" it.

Recently, after injuring myself again being a jerk (5 plates each side, Cybex Incline) I get relief after 4 months by stretching and yoga. Almost total relief, at least 90%. I now do shoulder stretches every day.
