Rumors of a bootleg copy of downloaded second-hand print outs from a source that shall remain nameless.........
"...that the ideal was supposed to be 16 grams of carbs per kilo of LBM,
spread over 18 meals on the day prior to show,
sweet potato, white rice and asparagus later in the day,
protein at 200 grams boiled fresh chicken breast, spaced through the day.
salt was used liberally until the day before the show...
water was kept high at 1 1/2- 2 gallons per day until the afternoon before the show too...then dropped by half on Friday."
(sounds too salty and watery and I'd be afraid of looking like the stay puff marshmallow man)
But it went on to say that.... salt and water help eliminate Aldosterone and that helped "diuresis" to start? Means you pee more than you take in if you drink lots for a few days and then cut in half. Says you will take a day or two to regulate. All of the above equals "dry, ripped, full muscle bellies and a good pump onstage........"
Sounds simple huh?
What do you guys think?
