Sourdough for high carb

Yep, I regularly do Bison “cheeseburgers” using sourdough bread toasted and topped with organic butter as a daily staple and love it

Sourdough definitely digest better for me than most breads.
My wife makes it most of the time so I don't really get an accurate carb count but I'm not competing anymore anyway.

Does Ezekial bother your digestion? I actually prefer it over Sourdough for digestion personally.

I heard this Ezekial bread a lot from Cutlers videos, is it a brand like Dave's Killer Bread, or a type like sourdough, because I don't think I've ever seen it shelf where I'm at.

Everything else being equal, Sourdough bread digests slower than ‘regular’ bread. Lower gi index. And it also has something, I don’t remember what, but it aids in digestion. Speculation says that it comes from the slow fermentation process.

Jealous dude. For whatever reason I don’t digest breads well. I can eat pasta and wraps and be completely fine - but a loaf of bread and I’m a bloated lethargic pig .

Give sourdough a shot - it has a minimal fermentation process. It’s a crap shoot for me too with grains in the states with everything being “enriched”. Sometimes it’s fine other times I’m making weird noises on the toilet.

Sourdough seems to be consistently easy for me to digest
