Apart from initial energy drop after few days till being super shredded I always had great energy. There were literally few days when energy was lower
No mood swings
Increased cognition and libido
Very tasty diet- almost like every meal is cheat meal
Super fast changes in physique
No drop in strength at least for me
Great look in skin and facial features
Cons
Initial energy drop
Feeling small and flat
… i cant find more
High carb
Cons
Often drop in energy- i have carbs i have energy no carbs no energy
When very lean much less energy compare to keto
Sometimes mood is not great
Pros: muscles all time full compare to keto
I can eat a lot of fruits which I love
Skin tight wrap showing how good I progress
All the refeeds- home made waffles haribo sorbets etc
In first stages of dieting I can make some gains
