I have not performed any meaningful training program, gear schedule or diet in almost 5 years, so I am finally motivated to get into the thick of it again.
My training program is exactly as described in my 'Growth Principles for Beginners' article in the Article's forum.
My diet is as follows (it's a fat loss diet mainly):
Meal 1 8.45am – 6 x vitabrits, or 100g oats in water, 50g SynthePURE
Meal 2 10.45 – 2 x tuna tins, or 6 eggs, 1 avocado
Meal 3 12.45 – 2 x tuna tins, or 6 eggs, fruit, 50g SynthePURE
Meal 4 14.45 – noodle box, or 2 x tuna tins with 100g mountain bread
Meal 5 16.45 - 3 x bread rolls with 1 x tuna tin, fruit, 50g SynthePURE
Meal 6 19.30 – 3 x chicken breast, or 500g fillet, or 500g veal, or 6 eggs, or
Chapelli’s, with veggies (cucumber, capsicum, etc), 50g SynthePURE
Chapelli's is a restaurant where I'd be eating either chicken breast or lamb fillets with salads.
Noodle box consists of 100g of boiled noodles, chicken breast pieces, vegies, steak pieces, squid all cooked with avocado oil.
My gear program is the following:
Mon and Fri - 250mg Sus, 100mg Tren Dep, 250mg Deca
Mon, Wed, Fri - 1 x Femara
Sat - 1 x Lasix amp
Everyday - morning – 10mg dbal, 1 x T3, 1 x metformin (after breakfast), 5 x fish oils, 2ml Synthergine, 1multivit, 10g SyntheCreatine with 50g SyntheDEXTRIN, 2ml Syntheselen
- pre workout - 1 x metf, 10g SyntheCreatine with 50g SyntheDextrin
- evening – 2ml Synthergine, 1 multi vit, 10mg dbal, 2ml Synthetine
The above is for the first 4 weeks and the third 4 weeks.
The second 4 weeks and the fourth 4 weeks, the d-bal and tren will be dropped and insulin added after workouts.
I also do 20 to 30 min treadmill in the morning before breakfast, Mon to Fri.
I have started all this today, at 246.5lbs and 14.3%bf. Waist measurement is 37" God damn embarassing
Well, considering 5 years of an average of 2 workouts per month, hrt or no gear at all, definetelly no diet, could be worse
