I have not performed any meaningful training program, gear schedule or diet in almost 5 years, so I am finally motivated to get into the thick of it again.

My training program is exactly as described in my 'Growth Principles for Beginners' article in the Article's forum.

My diet is as follows (it's a fat loss diet mainly):

Meal 1 8.45am – 6 x vitabrits, or 100g oats in water, 50g SynthePURE


Meal 2 10.45 – 2 x tuna tins, or 6 eggs, 1 avocado


Meal 3 12.45 – 2 x tuna tins, or 6 eggs, fruit, 50g SynthePURE


Meal 4 14.45 – noodle box, or 2 x tuna tins with 100g mountain bread


Meal 5 16.45 - 3 x bread rolls with 1 x tuna tin, fruit, 50g SynthePURE


Meal 6 19.30 – 3 x chicken breast, or 500g fillet, or 500g veal, or 6 eggs, or
Chapelli’s, with veggies (cucumber, capsicum, etc), 50g SynthePURE

Chapelli's is a restaurant where I'd be eating either chicken breast or lamb fillets with salads.

Noodle box consists of 100g of boiled noodles, chicken breast pieces, vegies, steak pieces, squid all cooked with avocado oil.


My gear program is the following:

Mon and Fri - 250mg Sus, 100mg Tren Dep, 250mg Deca
Mon, Wed, Fri - 1 x Femara
Sat - 1 x Lasix amp
Everyday - morning – 10mg dbal, 1 x T3, 1 x metformin (after breakfast), 5 x fish oils, 2ml Synthergine, 1multivit, 10g SyntheCreatine with 50g SyntheDEXTRIN, 2ml Syntheselen
- pre workout - 1 x metf, 10g SyntheCreatine with 50g SyntheDextrin
- evening – 2ml Synthergine, 1 multi vit, 10mg dbal, 2ml Synthetine

The above is for the first 4 weeks and the third 4 weeks.
The second 4 weeks and the fourth 4 weeks, the d-bal and tren will be dropped and insulin added after workouts.

I also do 20 to 30 min treadmill in the morning before breakfast, Mon to Fri.

I have started all this today, at 246.5lbs and 14.3%bf. Waist measurement is 37" :eek: God damn embarassing :(
Well, considering 5 years of an average of 2 workouts per month, hrt or no gear at all, definetelly no diet, could be worse :eek:
 
Congrats on the decision to get back at it. You must feel good about it, maybe a little leary but overall good. Keep this log updated for all of us. I know you will do great.

Congrats at it, but you forgot to add in the drunkin' strip bar night with buffalo wings... Or any other kind of wings they serve for that matter... lol... :rolleyes:

Big A .......welcome to my world ........lol .......after back surgery .....it is time to get into great shape .....Two weeks ago .......I started back at 272 at 16 .6 % [ I went and got dunked in the water ] at just a hair over 6 feet ....... The goal is a near show condition around 240 without drugs[which is something very few can ever do ] ......I did it last summer and was close to where I want to be , but got hurt ,this time out ........I will be a little thicker , with great lines , and I will find a way to maintain this conditioning throughout my [ I am too old to try to be huge anymore .........eventually ....I think I could be very lean ...in the 250s with my genetics .....but I guess you will see ....I have to just stay consistant from here throughout the rest of my days as well as healthy .....I will send you pics once in shape .....you do the same OK ? .....stay on me and i will stay on you ......no more flaking out .....lol ] Enjoy ......your journey back to the gym .........make it fun my friend .....you have a great body ....time to put it to work ....lol Stay with it ......because otherwise, I will be trying to have a posedown with your out of shape ass come august when I come out and visit ......and we can have my old ass giving you a go can we ?.....lol Take Care .......my friend ..........handle that other thing you have going on first and foremost for me ...OK ?...keep me posted ....you know I care ........talk to you soon

Really, you like? I have never tried them out, but they sound interesting. Do they all work just like normal orals and injectables or are there certain ones that are better than others? assuming you are talking Redi right?

Only Redi, of course. I cannot speak highly enough of all his orals. I get my injectibles on prescription.

Good luck brother. You posted your current stats, but what are your immediate goals? Body weight, fat % and how long to get there?
 
Good luck man....I am very impressed and I think as the man who leads the board to show us that you are taking some very low dosages there is a good thing for new guys to see. ;)

You consider posting up a log?? How training is going, progress on BF? things you are changing up as you go??

i to get sus on prescription,but whow you get deca
 
BigA, why do you use inj lasix 1x a week, instead of taking it orally 2-3x a week for even water loss & BP control throughout the week?
