Jabbing in the Gym

This may seem like a stupid question, but i know most of you guys are discreet about your 'unknown secrets' and what you get up to so you may have some good ideas:

Ok i need to inject my igf within 5mins of my workout ending for best local uptake, this means injecting in the gym toilet!

Any ideas how i can get the 2 slin darts from my locker and into the cubicle without anyone been suspicious?

Considering im gonna be sweaty, and i cant think of what you'd take in a toilet with you to disguise it?

I used to just stick the "darts" in the waist band of my shorts when no one was looking. Or wear longer socks and stick them in the band around the socks.

bro, they have sooooooooo many different colored water bottles out there now. Just take your pick. They even make crush proof water bottles for hikers and campers that are NOT see through. So you can just put two in there and walk it over the toilet and shoot away. I used to put mine in a small sandwich bag, put a tie on it and drop it in my water bottle that I used to fill with hot water. Take it to the car and pop away some happy warmed up love oil!

The thing that pisses me off is when I go to toss some paper towel or kleenex into a waste container at the gym and see used syringes there.
Get a grip, take your shit at home. Get a sharps container and empty your medical waste someplace other than the gyms trash.:s'ar-wars

Same thing i use. Fits 2 pins perfectly with alcohol pads.

I agree...

...that jabbing in the gym is not very sanitary. I don't feel (in general) that gym staff do a good enough job of keeping things clean to make for a completely sanitary shoot.

As long as the case in which you store the darts is sanitary whats the problem? You shouldn't be touching that pin to anything until your poking.

Everyone keeps talking about local effects of long IGF, and all of the evidence points to the fact that there are none. It is a systemic reaction, happening throughout the entire body. As to injection right after you work out, there is noway that waiting 15-20 mins later and doing it at home is going to be any less effective. Ive tried both ways and can tell no difference what so ever. A silly waste of time if you ask me.

from what i understand, if you inject staight after workout the igf receptors have been created in the muscle damaged/trained and when you inject that muscle group the igf will go to them receptors first and then systematic(which we dont want too much of because of intestines).
Is this all bullshit then? It seems alot of experienced people are injecting ASAP?
Ive heard of users getting 'better' results with higher dosages (more systematic spill over) but what they dont know is they've also grown new intestines, which will become more apparent when the new cells have matured.......

started igf today, injected pecs........i cant see how it's unsanitary, i used swabs before and after then showered?
used a sports bottle to transport in the end! thanx for suggestions again...

If your gym toilet looks like the one at mine, you'd be seeing the unsanitary in a second.
