I think next to Jay's improvement he was the night's biggest suprise. He looks really complete.

but I think Kai kept getting better as the night went on...

So I would say Kai 3rd. Branch 4th (just to damn hard) and Phil 5th...But it will go to Phil in 4th and branch in 5th...but you never know

I still say victor in 6th but it was a dog fight for that last spot...Rockell looked great, Badell looked great, Freeman to me was holding a tad bit...So who knows

I don't find anything impressive about Dexter!!.............his physique hasn't changed in 5 years and that final comparison between him and Jay looked ridiculous because Jay dominated so badly. If anything they should have been comparing Dexter to Ronny Rockel.

Phil Heath didn't impress and his narrowness was extremely evident next to Jay and Kai, Kai looked good but held water, Branch looked great but his genetic structure will always hold him back

Jay's only competition would have been Kai if he hadn't held any water but that wasn't case.

Congrats Jay you dominated!!!

I thought Jay looked improved but Im not seeing what you guys are seeing. From the front and side....big improvement. But his back didn't seem up to par of what it has been.
