Hey guys, was a long time active member under the name Bonebz on another forum. Been a member for a while here as well. Decided to start a log on here. I had a serious leg injury to my right leg and stopped training for a while....did lots of drinking during that time as well. It's been almost a year so I figured it's time to rock and roll.

Little background - i am 30.I've been competing since 2012. Started weight training at age 21. Always been a top 5 competitor. Always needed more size however but I out pose most people so I did fairly well. First show I was 165.5lbs, last I was 186. I did my own prep for first few shows but used a coach (personal friend & gym/supp company owner) last 2 shows. I am about to start seriously dieting and training again in a few days when my new coach - who is also a friend, but has a great track record on the national level - and his guys win overalls - sends me the plan.

Goal is a solid one year of off season. I refuse to step on stage until an overall is realistic.

I'll post more once I'm at a computer but just wanted to get the thread started.

I've attached a picture of me 2012-2015 side by side.

Trained some shoulders before work this morning. I usually go to the gym at 5am and then go straight to work so I can relax when I get home.

Standing barbell push press - bar - 135 - 185 - 205 - 135

Upright rows - 135 - 155 - 185

Seated side laterals - 25 -35 - 45 - 20

Cable side laterals (cable behind the back) 20 - 35

Back training for this morning. Current weight is 199lbs. Aiming for 230-40 after a 12 month off season. I was going to compete this year but a few weeks ago realized it wasn't a good idea. Now it's all about growing.

Pullups - 4 sets body weight

rack pulls - 135, 225, 315, 405, 495

Barbell rows - 135 - 225 - 275

Dumbbell pullovers - 75 - 85 - 95 - 110

Face pulls - 100 on the stack for 4 sets

Also at the moment I am using items from DIRECT and Euro Bio. I'll be starting my new program with my new coach on Monday. But I am now on 600mg test e and 2iu hgh in the AM. .5 adex 1-2 times a week. Deff going to be ramping things up. I'll post diet and such when I get it - just sent pics to him today.

Not even the best angles or lights cane make me look better now lol. I have to send check in pics tomorrow - so I have my sister coming over to take them. I'll post tomorrow new pics. I have lots of work to do however. I drank too much and lifted too little for too long.

Gotta resize the pics I took the other day so I can post them but I'm on my phone at the moment.

The guy I'm using wants me to use some MPA VasoBurn on my abs and glutes before I train. It came in the mail yesterday so today was my first time using it. I made the mistake of using 2 pumps per area because that shit burns like Satans sperm. Today was "arm day" and I couldn't really do my close grip bench press because my ass was on fire.

Recommended cycle is going to be
750mg HG test E
600mg HG deca
50mg test suspension 1 hour pre workout
50mg HG anadrol 1st 3 weeks
10IO hgh ED

So I am going to source those items out and until then continue with 300mg test e a week and 2iu hgh ed.

Diet is pretty basic.

beef/eggs/oats meal 1.

chicken and red potato and veggies for 2 meals

beef with avocado and rice for a meal

whey with red potatos post workout

whole eggs/egg whites/avocado last meal

whey with PB when I wake up to piss at night

pink salt on all meals and 1 digest gold tab with each meal.

Seated cable fly superset w/pushups 4 sets last set of flies drop set
Rope pushdowns 4 sets - just to get blood in the tris.

seated calf raise 4 sets last set drop set
standing calf(machine) raise last set drop set
standing calf raise on a ledge with bodyweight for 4 sets

Just wrapped up leg day number 2. (I train legs Mondays and Thursdays)

Lying leg curls 4 sets last set drop set
Seated leg curls 4 sets last set drop set
Stiff leg deads 4 sets last set drop set
Leg extensions 4 sets last set drop set
Squats 4 sets last set drop set
Leg press(I prefer the horizontal machine with the weight stack) 4 sets last set drop set
Leg extensions(yes twice) 4 sets last set drop set

My pre workout is a homemade blend of
10g EAAS
10g Citrulline
5g HydroMax
1g Glutamine AKG
3g Creatine gluconate
flavored with MiO energy water flavoring drops for flavor and about 100mg caffeine

As usual 4 sets each with the last set being a drop set. Reps in the 8-12 range.

Followed up with calves
Standing machine raise
Seated calf raise
Standing calf raise on a ledge with bodyweight
