Listen, you guys can compliment me all you want but Wylde, Mike S... RY have all been here just as long as me, and without you guys... the entire internet bodybuilding discussion board game would not be the same. You guys are the grand dads and dads of the entire game.
I love this sport, i love my friends from the boards.... i miss my bro STK (RIP).
I have seen EVERYTHING happen in this game that can happen. So had Mike and Wylde and RY.
Yet... we ALL stay strong and TOGETHER. That is what makes it work.

Its a good week here on promuscle all the good old names popping (Wylde JJ RY DPS...) back up, and an old asshole FH bites the dust. And my bigdog B2K popping in, but always around. Yup must say I wish STK could join us, a bro with a huge heart-that was a guy who could spread the love and friendship deep.
