Hey guys. Love the info here. I usually just read here, and don't post for fear of being the donkey.. BUt i have an issue with my toe and wondered if you guys had some advice. I live in South Korea, and will be here for awhile, so medical help is far and few between. I am pretty savy to the game, and have been into lifting (and the like ) since high school... that was 1996, anyways have a joint issue with my big toe. It started because I played several games of soccer on a turf field. The problem is starting to make me decrease my cardio, which in turn makes me not want to go to the gym... So any supplements/stuff that can improve a joint? hope this isn't a dumb question. It hurts constantly, and wearing dress shoes makes it worse. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks...
