Hey guys. Love the info here. I usually just read here, and don't post for fear of being the donkey..:rolleyes: BUt i have an issue with my toe and wondered if you guys had some advice. I live in South Korea, and will be here for awhile, so medical help is far and few between. I am pretty savy to the game, and have been into lifting (and the like ;) ) since high school... that was 1996, anyways have a joint issue with my big toe. It started because I played several games of soccer on a turf field. The problem is starting to make me decrease my cardio, which in turn makes me not want to go to the gym... So any supplements/stuff that can improve a joint? hope this isn't a dumb question. It hurts constantly, and wearing dress shoes makes it worse. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks...
 
that glucosomean chondroiten stuff MAY help, usually this kind of stuff takes a long time, as far as cardio what about a stationary bike, only where the dress shoes when you absolutely have to. basically try and avoid doing anything that triggers the pain would be the recommendation on these kinds of things
