I was there - Section B, Row 10, Seat 7 - You did a FAB job!

I was disappointed on some of the judging and REALLY irritated that they kept screwing up the music while the competitors were on stage. You work hard for your 1-2 minutes to shine, and they somehow screw it up for you. They even screwed up the guest posers music - unbelieveable!!!!

Strongmind and I had the fortunate pleasure of hanging out with Shelby and watching him carb up and water deplete on friday, the change he made in such a short period of time was simply awsome, I have to hand it to Trop and his plan for shelby, he nailed it....We took a look at Shelby at around 6:30am on sat morning before cardio and he was dried up and shredded to the gills...it was def. motivating Rob.....

i took third...........i did make middleweight. exactly 176 1/4. had to get off the scale and blow out air, thats how close it was. here are some shots, im in the process of collecting them off of graphic muscle, but the site is being so slow, there must be a million people on it looking at pics.

this is the guy I believe.....Evan Centropani or something Italian like that. I was told he has not competed very much at all....oh and hes only 24. I showed Gooey this guy out of the weigh in photos and thought he would take the whole thing....I think I guessed right. People were complaining about politics and other bullshit.....something about this guy having really small legs.....hmmmm...maybe Im on crack but they dont look small to me. Oh well what do I know.

I was there, but my weekend was a little more stressful than others.LOL Ran into bulldog the morning after while Mrs Strunk was doing her photoshoots. Also, ran into scorpiogirl at the pizza place without knowing it until later on. I guess it's hard to get my attention while I'm holding a pizza in my hands.LOL

Next year I'd like to compete at the Jrs again, but at the top of the lightheavy class. If anyone has any input on my physique, i.e. weakpoints, etc... I would love to hear it. I'm 5'6 1/2", and in these pics I'm 176 pounds.
