july6 ME squat/dl

[FRKNHUGE]

after a few months of no ME sq or dl work, i hit the ground running today
threw on the suit bottoms and went to work
ended on 515x5
then DL 575x2(easssy)

thats the highlights, measuring up tonite after dinner for a new metal viking pro SQ, dl and open back

great job bro, and even better since it was your first me workout in awhile. I have never used a deadlift suit, do they really do anything or not. A friend of mine said he could only get around 30 lbs max out of his suit..Anyway great job again, and keep up the good work.

well i have the old PRO metal Dl and i use it religiously
i love it, its single ply poly
i get ALOT out of it, i pull conventional also, i think it just keeps my hips tight and i literally explode off the floor

i didnt really get into the DC very much, i got a nomination for WPC worlds so im training for that now, i took a few weeks off after the combine from it all to relax and have some fun

sq- 750-825
bench- 7
dl- 750

if i get what i want ill hit a 2200

but lets be real here, it is WPC so ill open light
probably around 7,625,7 so thats a 2k there, and my old best i wont even post here, lol
im figuring on coming in abt 345ish too
