Just wanted to thank this whole board for consistent good info and inspiration. I am 20 lbs heavier at the same waist size since I've joined this site. I never thought I would break the 200 lb mark and i finally did(im closing in on 205). I also got my arms up to 17.5 inches cold(almost an inch growth from my avatar pic) .Thanx for a top notch board Guys, The vets on this board really help younger guys like myself avoid, pitfalls and misinformation and it is much appreciated, I finally realized how much i was over training and the gains have been piling on
