Just for the hell of it I am going to document myself going from 206 at around 12-13% bodyfat down to 195 at around 6-7, goal is to be 190-195ish by April with an amazing six pack, Im doing a timed carb diet, with high protein and fats, lifting hard and heavy 5 days a week, cardio 5-7 days per week. I will take some pics. Im no pro, and to be honest I dont think I have the genetics, will power, or drive to even dip my toe in those waters, but Im a bodybuilder none the less and I love you freaks.
