Got my Eli greens in and started 5 days ago at 2iu with last 2 day at 3iu.

I am scheduling IGF test. how long should i run before testing. i am planning on monday which would be 9 day with 7 days at 3iu.

i have read to fast 12 hours and pin 2 hours prior.

looking for opions on this and i will post results.

Science says 3-5 peak post injection- fasting prior to pin- like first thing in morning. I waited 3 hours. Regardless of how long you on it will spike- some say the number higher at begining prior to any natural exogeneous supression. At the time of my first test on first run i waited couple weeks cause i started at 2 then 3 then 4 now 5 split. Didnt want to test with only 2iu. Eager to hear results as im getting ready to start em. Finishing up other which I was very pleased with just Mexy had a great deal going so I couldnt refuse.

i will post when they are in. unfortunately i didt get testbefore i started,but hoping results will be high enough to use Average levels for 40 year old
