I haven't seen much of any hate on this thread... I'm 50.. Been doing this quite a while.. 35 years.. I've torn a quad.. A bicep.. And now have two knee replacements.. So I've had my share of injuries.. And so has kevin levrone .. ( not comparing myself to kevin by any means).. But we have to realize that Kevin's last olympia attempt was less than spectacular because he couldn't train his legs.. Why... ? Heavy squats for very low reps.. Now after the torn pec it should have been a wake up call .. Then he had the torn LAT... Tricep.... Then quad... It's time to train a bit different.. Train heavy but up the reps a bit.. I'm the biggest levrone fan around but his path will be diverted again by injury .. Mark my words.. He posted not long ago himself doing a triple in the behind the neck press ... A triple ? That exercise can be dangerous in the best situations let along so heavy for a triple.. I hope he will be injury free... But I have my doubts..
Doing 405 behind the neck press here on a smith machine. The guy is nuts! Strong as hell though! He is going to hurt himself for sure if he keep that up.
