Food is high as I've ever eaten on a diet and metabolism is really doing good with it, plus I'm training my ass off right now.

I would have to sit down and figure it. I have higher calories on my 4 training days a week and non training days are much lower calories (only 25 grams of carbs) protein is VERY HIGH (for me anyways)
