Afternoon all, I hope you are all crushing it. Below you will find my proposed plan for the next year of anabolics utilization. Few primary KPIs I am trying to accomplish:

2x Hyrox Events (Feb+March)
Muay Thai HW Championships (July)
2x Work Requirement Events (October)
First Powerlifting Competition
December

Performance is the key driving factor - not aesthetics. Secondary is an organized and systematic approach to data collection to hopefully better off the community. If you have any thoughts/suggestions please share them here. Bloods are done bi-weekly, sleep studies at the 75% mark for all cycles, EKGs bi-monthly, etc.

If you have any data you are looking for as well or testing parameters please do share it. About to go watch the ballet with my wife, and wanted to get this posted so I can check it throughout the night. Apologies for the brevity.

Why would you do bi-monthly EKG's? Do you have AFIB or something?
 
Is masteron this time around not flaring up old injuries? I remember last summer you mentioned you could feel all your old injuries after introducing it. Has the masteron affected your sleep data at all?

Good afternoon - no sir.

Actually leaving next week for a TBI treatment and have to one before during and after, EKGs are in our office - for some reason it’s on the list of data needed for when we review various modalities.

Just a check in the box for liability reasons it seems.

But it’s there and I have free use to it so we run them often when things change up.

One of those things where I don’t have definitive data in all sincerity I want to better document everything and get real data out there not just anecdotal.

whats your reason behind changing the hgh dosing scheme so frequently?
 
Are you not afraid your estrogen will be near 0 when using 100 test with 600 EQ and 400 mast?

Gonna follow this, interesting. What kind of work do you do if I may ask?

Hey man, hella set of benchmarks you're shooting for. I had couple questions about why you've setup some compounds in the way you have.
1) Any EPO use planned? Or other compounds to assist with some physical capacity? ITPP, IGF, insulin, etc?
2) Why do you peak your EQ dose in the weeks after the Hyrox events and drop to a 300mg min 9 weeks prior to Muay Thai worlds?
3) Rationale behind the alternating blocks of HGH dosage? I assumed the 10iu dose was in prep for your powerlifting meet, and the minimal dose the week prior to and week of the hyrox races was to minimize water retention?
4) Is the DHB use just to get more data and give it another attempt?

Afternoon mate -

1) Still figuring out the EPO utilization. Most likely will begin use alongside GW (only on capacity and event days) three weeks prior to events/testing.
2) I leave for Thailand on April 24th. Training will shift massively to one a days and 2-3 hours of skill based training. In all sincerity I won't need as help w/ recovery, will need to drop weight (to include muscle), and need to minimize glycogen saturation/pumps etc in training. Not to mention the heat over there is brutal so minimizing my menopausal heat sweats... yes please.
3) I want some legitimate data on how various dosages affects my recovery. I like the idea of ramping up a dosage and then return to baseline. Then try again for an additional week. To actually compare and contrast the data sets over time. But yessir you are correct. Trying to time all that around events gets a bit chaotic at best. Open to other suggestions. @M@NU hope that answers your question as well mate.
4) I have been receiving more and more questions from some of the guys on DHB and just not knowing really doesn't sit well with me. Going to gut it out until it gets utterly unbearable. But I didn't keep advanced logs w/ the last run. Wife got me a new PC for X-mas (my old one was just an embarrasment) and I am in the process of converting my notes etc. all digital. Now I can be more organized to ensure the guys get the right data sets, so essentially.... fuck it... we need the data, so I'll slowly raise my hand and give it a go.

@Sixfoottwo Good afternoon sir - Not too concerned about estrogen, I have been on 150-200 the past three years with some hefty dosages of EQ, Primo, etc. with zero issues and stellar bloods. The second I add in test I gain weight like crazy and my performance drops to fat kid shame levels. I work in Defense - career in the Navy on the contract side now. Spend quite a bit of time with my old organizations Human Performance lab.

What food supplements will you be using?

@DiHydro - Masteron, primarily for data collection. Very few compounds do no negatively impact performance. They have to be non aromatizing in nature, no negative impact on cardiovasculary or pulmonary function. 200mg+ of testosterone will negatively impact performance substantially. Trying to find my sweet spot of replacing biological need but relying on other compounds for recovery assistance.

I luckily have a load of pip-free DHB, I love it. If you can bet around the PIP issue, it’s amazing stuff. Sure, it’s not tren, but it also has no sides like tren.

It DID throw ~5 lbs on me within 2 weeks, though, primarily glycogen I presume. Might fuck with performance goals, but no negative cardio impact thus far.
 
Thats awesome to hear - I tried running it last year but had some testing for work come up. I just remember breathing like a fat kid and being vascular as fuck.

Think I dropped it week 2 or 3?

thats actually an interesting observation on test.
i have noticed something very similar basically crossing 150 and i get an instant ten lbs of water. running also get much harder. to be fair i havent been running long like a year, and other details but my experience echos yours.
