Similar to @CorgisOnTren post about Roman's nutrition. Roman posted his beginning PED plan and I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on it. Personally I am really glad he is posting more and love following his content.

Yeah it's crazy but he also starts off with 1100 carbs a day and will build up to 1500 or more. This man is an anomaly lol.

Roman being forthright my open up the vault for more Pro's to come forward. His quick recognition in social media has catapulted him to stardom which may open the door for more Pro's to follow suit. It's crazy how people are using social media to make an income and Roman is about to capitalize on this.

Maybe he keeps the insulin sensitivity by training twice a day.....

Genetics, staying lean and other dietary & lifestyle factors will likely be in play here.

Some guys lose sensitivity super quick. I think it was Andrew Berry who mentioned Nate Spear losing sensitivity awfully quickly post show so he has to do various interventions to keep him in a good spot.
