i have been injury free for the past 10 years. but lately my knees have been in allot of pain. not the type of pain that makes you wanna scream like a little girl, just allot of discomfort. i love to squat & i feel that my pain could soon limit my squating capabilities. i have been wearing knee wraps & it does help. in fact i think my knees feel better after a workout but then ache for several days after. is there anyway i can condition my knees? should i be taking a supplement? throw some ideas @ me...thanks ,
