Knot in glut

Taking winstrol depot eod going from right glut to left.first shot in left glut was fine the first day but the next day it knoted up about the size of a golf ball.Ive taken 3 shots in the right glut and its fine.my friends wife gives me my shots (a nurse) and said I might need to rub the area after each shot and as I said the right glut has been fine.Is this normal for winstrol,in 4 years Ive never had this happen but it is the first time Ive done winstrol in a shot.No pain in the knot unless I rub it really hard can ice or heat help the area???

heat, then a little massage will help out, also it takes a little time to disperse the winstrol from the injection spot.also try not pushing to hard on the syringe, take a little more time i believe, 1/2 cc then count 15 sec, then continue. it gives the first 1/2 cc a chance to spread out a bit. then rub after wards for a few min, after the completion of the whole shot
