Hi Conan...ALL AMERICAN NUTRITION (CREATINE AND LIQUID AMINO) AND SYNTHETEK (GLUTAMINE) a good multi-vitamen and that is all i spend my money on....Do me ,and yourself, a favor and but those 3 items.It was the best thing i ever did... Phil Hernon turned me on to them and like i said i did not know what to expect but my overall look and thickness has improved not to mention my strength...

That liquid amino is awesome and i am not sure why it is so good ,perhaps being a beef amino extract..but i used twin labs Amino fuel religiously and i liked it ...swithched to amino liquid and never looked back...Here is an example of what i am talking about.. my MAX flat bench was 315 @ 1 rep...that was good for a 215 lb bodybuilder not a powerlifter i thought ....after 7 weeks on liquid amino i did 360 @1 rep...i have since turned a few other guys over to it and they can't believe how wellit works as well..

PHIL sells this stuff and his prices are great...give him a shout and he'll pack you up a care package and send it off to you..
