The only case where I’ve seen people get “bloated” or have issues with creatine is when they’re using some cheap brand they got off Amazon or at Walmart. Creatine is already cheap… don’t buy some unknown brand. Lol
Just like your gear you should always get testing to prove that you’re actually getting quality supplements. It’s extremely common in this industry.
Creatine monohydrate is backed by endless studies and even has benefits such as regulating homocysteine levels in the body. Take it intra workout with some carbs and you should have no issues if it’s a quality product.
