Alin, In between cycles take 1 pill before and after your workouts, For a better pump, also take Arginine AKG, 3 grams, twice a day on an empty stomach. It will keep you strong when off and it definitley works.
the dosing of 1pill pre and post workout is for like a 150 lbs man. i do 4-5g a day and see great results. But we have to remember its only creatine...what are you really expecting? I talk to guys, and some on this thread have already mentioned, that say they only get a couple more reps and endurance gains from it....well, duh. What else were you expecting?
DUH! I expect not to take drugs all year and be healthy all my life. Where did I say it made mega gains? So a couple more reps and endurance gains, I say it is worth it.
