She finally switched off her SSRI to another and things have improved. So I got mah fingers x’d!!

What about some DHEA? After all it's a supplement which may look less intimidating, I gave some to my mother in law, 25mgs a day just for overall well-being and she likes it a lot, improve her mood and well being, I don't know about her sexual desire but, she is happy with it

The main replacement would be estradiol, ideally 1-4 mg weekly valerate or cypionate injection. Some women do fine without testosterone but the general range is 5-20 mg per week (stay away from creams and gels ; more dht ; more sides)


Menopause effects are caused by estrogen deficiency (secondary to ovarian failure). Loss of sex drive, sagging/wrinkling/skin aging, hair thinning/loss, mood changes, bone loss, vaginal dryness/atrophy, etc.
