As my years seem to be passing by, the ol' genes are kicking in (or out, i'm not sure which is the best term) and i'm starting to become slightly lactose intolerant, little bit more south sea gas so to speak.
Currently my budget is somewhat limited, new house and car putting a dampner on things, so i'm buying protein in bulk and mixing it together to save myself a chunk of change, which combined with drinking a cows worth of milk (its just so gooooood) can lead to upsets, both with my stomach and the mrs.
I've been looking into getting some lactase enzymes to help out with my shakes, a few places seem to them for a good price. Has anyone had any experience with them? A few guys in my gym i've talked with use digestive enzymes to help with their somewhat ludicrous food intake, but i don't need the multitude of enzymes they have in their mixes as well as any lactase.
If anyone has any knowledge or heads up, it would be most appreciated.
