Last but not least... your favorite CHEST workout

I love incline barbell, 5 sets, low reps 3-8. I perform 2 other chest exercise afterwords.

Love lifting chest/back same day or chest by itself depending on what my current training goal is.
 
Either incline BB for 3 to 4 sets in the 4 to 8 rep range or dips same way with 2 more exercises after just for pump and stretch, 1st exercise being the one to guage progress on, last 2 just however many sets I feel I wanna do, I'll switch these last 2 exercises up each time but keep the 1st exercise in there for atleast 6 weeks or until I stop progressing on it.

Each bodypart every 7 days and 3 exercises for big bodyparts and 2 for small bodyparts, back gets a thickness workout and a width workout, all done same as above.
 
I do chest every monday

Incline Smith Machine Press-4-6 sets-4-12 reps
DB Flyes-4 sets-8-12 reps
Incline Hammer Press-2 sets-8-12 reps
Cable Flyes-2 sets-12-15 reps

Then I do triceps
 
Incline BB or even Smith is by far my favorite exercise.

Flat BB Bench 4-6 sets 6-10 reps
Flat DB Flys 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
Incline BB or Smith 4-6 sets 6-10 reps
Weighted Dips 3-4 sets 10-12 reps

I never liked Smith machine after I tore my shoulder doing inclines on them. Too many say it's not good because you don't work your stabilizer muscles with the bar being fixed like it is. Just my imo, prefer doing regular benches.
 
I got this one from MAGNUM.

Superset 6 sets of neck bench presses with 6 sets of cable crossovers.

Then finish up with 4-5 sets of incline db flyes.

You could but then your burning yourself out for the heavier weights on the bench. I see it works for Magnum though...:D

I dont understand??

On bench presses to the neck u cant really use too heavy of weight because of the range of motion. But it gives u a really great stretch and pump in your upper chest.
 
DB bench and Cable Crossovers tie for me on this one... love em both

Yeah your right, I do them to my nipples or a little higher up.
 
Flat DB - 4x8
Incline DB - 4x8
Weighted Dips 4x8
Flys - 3x15-20

Haven't touched a BB in 8 years. Train chest 1 time per week.
